1. Reader Revenue & Subscriptions
We offer readers the ability to support our content through subscriptions, memberships, and one-time contributions (processed via Google Reader Revenue Manager or other payment providers).
- Access: Depending on your tier or contribution level, you may receive access to exclusive content, newsletters, or ad-free experiences.
- Contributions: One-time or recurring voluntary contributions are not tax-deductible charitable donations unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services or specific subscription perks at any time, with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
2. Billing and Payments
- Third-Party Processing: Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment partners. We do not store your full credit card or bank account information on our servers.
- Auto-Renewal: If you sign up for a recurring subscription or membership, your payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on the plan you selected.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. We will notify you in advance of any price changes, and the new rate will apply to your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to the new price, you must cancel before the next cycle.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- How to Cancel: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account settings or via the Reader Revenue Manager portal.
- Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops future charges. You will continue to have access to your paid benefits until the end of your current billing period.
- Refund Policy: Unless required by law, all charges are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially unused billing periods.
4. Your Account
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- No Sharing: Subscription accounts are for individual use only. You may not share your login credentials with non-subscribers. We reserve the right to monitor account usage and suspend accounts that demonstrate abusive sharing patterns.
5. Intellectual Property
All content published on Water Engineer (WE), including articles, technical calculations, graphics, logos, and multimedia, is the property of Water Engineer (WE) and is protected by copyright laws.
- You may read, share links to, and reasonably quote short excerpts of our content for personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, or distribute our paywalled content without prior written permission.
6. Account Termination
